What to expect from us.

These terms describe what Luxe Aesthetique Prague does, what you can expect from us, and the limits of our role. Please read them before using the service.

What the service is

Luxe Aesthetique Prague is a coordination service operated by Lenka Darázs. We help international patients plan aesthetic surgery in Prague: understanding the options, recommending a surgeon from a selected network, arranging consultations, and organising transfers, accommodation and aftercare around the procedure.

What the service is not

• We are not a clinic and we do not perform medical procedures.
• Nothing on this website is medical advice. Only a qualified surgeon who has examined you can say whether a procedure is suitable for you.
• The treatment contract is between you and the clinic or surgeon. Clinical decisions, consent and the medical outcome are theirs and yours, not ours.
• We cannot and do not guarantee any particular aesthetic result.

Surgeons and partners

The surgeons listed on this site are independent specialists. Transfer drivers and accommodation providers are independent partners we work with, not our employees. We select them with care and we will always tell you who you are dealing with, but their own terms apply to the services they provide.

Quotes, prices and bookings

Any price we give you for a procedure is provided by the clinic and may change after your consultation, for instance if the surgeon recommends a different plan. Payment for treatment is made to the clinic under its own terms. Accommodation and transfers are charged by the provider unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate and complete information about your health, so the surgeon can assess you safely.
• Follow the pre-operative and aftercare instructions you are given.
• Arrange your own travel insurance and check your passport and visa requirements.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or move a booking, tell us as soon as you can and we will do what we can to rearrange it. Cancellation terms for surgery, accommodation and transfers are set by the clinic and the providers concerned, and we will share them with you before you commit.

Liability

We take responsibility for the coordination we provide. We are not liable for the medical treatment itself, for the independent services of clinics, surgeons, drivers or accommodation providers, or for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law.

The text, design and photographs on this site belong to Luxe Aesthetique Prague or are used with permission, and may not be reused without our consent. The handwritten notes shown on the site were sent to Lenka by former patients.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes fall to the courts of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
